Standard Delivery Time

The standard delivery time is approximately 3 to 4 weeks, excluding holidays and unforeseen events such as natural disasters.

Permits/Access

It is your responsibility to obtain any necessary approvals or permits for the delivery of your furniture. Please ensure that there is adequate space for the delivery of your items, including ensuring that products can fit through all required doors, lifts, service elevators, doorways, stairways, and any other entrances applicable to your residence.
